Ghosts with chalk!

Hello,

Its Friday, which means Tameko has a little something to share!

I love this Unity Stamp Set, because its so whimsical and fun. I used Stardust Powdered chalk all over my dancing ghost, and I stamped my sentiment with chalk ink.

And here is the inside, which says it all...

I have used a gorgeous bugaboo digi to create this sympathy card and calked around the edge to distress the image as it doesn't really need any colouring. I have also used glossy accents on the roses.

I used Stamp N Plus Scrap N Powdered Chalk to color my cream cardstock.

My dear darling friend Linda

came over last Sunday for a play date

we got to scrap and play all day long...

Anywho, as Linda would say...

she brought this ornament over for us to 'finish'

So we added the finishing touches and then

we sprayed it with water and stardust chalk...

Well I am back again with another piece to show you just how effective it can be to use chalk on your cards and papercraft projects :o)

Here is today's item and it is a gift bottle label

I have sprayed chalk mists in pink and green onto a dotty embossed piece of card to create the background

This fabulous bugaboo stamp and sentiment has been coloured with pro markers and then cut out and attached with foam pads

Love You - Love Chalk

I really LOVE my crafting sisters and I really LOVE Chalk!

As for this project I used powder chalked - REALLY watered down and mixed with a very little bit of Ranger Alcohol Ink. I watered it down again and just let it run down water color paper. As the liquid ran and set and ran and set it changed color and shades. I really like that feature of this method! It's sort of abstract so I kept it that way and added a vellum sticker. I figured 'less is more' in some creations, right!?
